DELIVERY & COLLECTIONS

Items ordered before 1pm GMT on a weekday will be dispatched the following morning. Items ordered later on a weekday or on the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.

We offer a range of delivery options via Royal Mail. Standard 1st Class Signed for (3-5 Days) at £3.50. Express Special Delivery before 1pm (1-2 Days) at £9.00

International delivery available Express International (2-7 Days) at £25.00 or Standard International (5-11 Days) at £14.99

Liability

For any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted orders will be covered by Chibi Collectables LTD

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you would like to cancel your order before its been dispatched, please contact us via chibicollectablesuk@gmail.com or cancel it within your account.

Please note that we cannot cancel any orders that have been dispatched.
