Thank you for shopping with Chibi Collectables Ltd. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- A return of product due to 'change of mind' will result in a 4% charge for the administration.
- You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-returnable Items:
- Certain items cannot be returned. These include gift cards & sale items.
3. Return Process:
- Contact our customer service at chibicollectablesuk@gmail.com to initiate a return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Liability
For any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted orders will be covered by Chibi Collectables LTD
Refunds
1. Refund Eligibility:
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
2. Refund Processing:
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
- The Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
